Our design process begins with a questionnaire and telephone interview so we can get a sense of your style preferences, lifestyle needs, and scope of your project. Upon setting up an appointment date and time we also create an on-line "idea book" for you to upload your favorite photos, ideas, and inspiration rooms. We will take a look at your photos and add additional photos to your "Idea Book" to offer you some options for you to ponder upon. Having gathered all this information prior to our scheduled appointment time we will already have a sense of your style, likes and dislikes. We then sit down together to create a plan for your ultimate space.


Using our three step process we help you achieve your "Model Home" appearance for your house. First, we specialize in using what you already have to transform your home into what a buyer is looking for. Second, we refresh and modernize your home by suggesting purchases that create an up to date look. Third, we recommend cosmetic changes, only when they are price eroding issues.  We want you to "Love Where You Live" ! If you're selling we want you to get the top price for your home  because it is your most valuable asset.

2.5 Hour Consultation                                                                                                                                                                   

  • We start with a phone interview to discuss the details of your home, when services are needed, and set-up an appointment when  homeowners can be present for the consult. I will then research your areas demographic and prepare for our Consultation time.
  • On appointment day we will be walking through your home together utilizing a methodical process assessing what changes can  be made to make your home beautiful and properly prepare for listing your home on the real estate market. if you are preparing for a sale.
  • Upon completion of the walk through you, will receive a detailed "Design" or "Staging Report" that will include the focal point of the room, what could be relocated, removed, and replaced, along with a list of suggested items to purchase, and any cosmetic changes that would make your house perfect.
  • Your detailed report also includes my essential "Closet Organization Checklist" and  "Open House Checklist"
  • If time permits we will also do some rearranging and  mini-staging!

4 Hour Service                                                                                                                                                                                              This staging service is all about getting it done. We start our consult and then we  roll up our sleeves and physically stage the main areas of the home based upon our home Staging Report recommendations.

  • We will make HUGE transformations using what you have to make the most of each space!
  • I will bring some staging accessories to give you a visual idea for your shopping list.
  • We will photograph the transformations as we go and send you a copy of your High Impact photos

Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stager arriving


7 Hour Service                                                                                                                                                                                        Does your home require more time? (typically space over 2500 sq. ft)   No problem!

  • We will make HUGE transformations using what you have to make the most of each space!
  • I will bring in some staging accessories to give you a visual shopping.
  • We will  photograph the transformations as we go and send you a copy of your High Impact photos
  • Service can be broken up into 2 sessions

Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stager arriving
(Up to seven hours in the home with any additional hours reverting to a $100 hourly rate)


2 Hour Service                                                                                                                                                                                          We will help you organize, de-clutter, and give you a step by step process for making your home work better for you.

  • We will help you tackle closets, pantries, and closets
